Milwaukee’s Learning Academy provides community based support services through Wisconsin Long Term Care programs. Our services help adults, seniors, and individuals with disabilities remain safe, independent, and engaged in their homes and communities.
Who We Serve
Adults, seniors, and individuals with disabilities who are enrolled in a Wisconsin Long Term Care program and are authorized to receive supportive services. Services are provided based on each participant’s assessed needs and approved service plan.
