Children’s Long Term Services
Milwaukee’s Learning Academy provides community based support services for children and families enrolled in Wisconsin’s Children’s Long Term Support Program. Services are individualized to meet each child’s needs and are delivered in a safe, supportive, and family centered manner.
Who We Serve
Children and youth under age 22 who are enrolled in Wisconsin’s Children’s Long Term Support (CLTS) Program and need individualized support services to help them succeed at home and in their communities. (Services are based on authorization through the participant’s program.
