Children’s Long Term Services
Milwaukee’s Learning Academy provides community based support services for children and families enrolled in Wisconsin’s Children’s Long Term Support (CLTS) Program.
As an authorized Medicaid provider, we are committed to delivering individualized services that help children build independence, participate in their communities, and thrive at home, at school, and in everyday life.
Every child is unique, and our services are tailored to meet each family’s specific needs in a safe, supportive, and family centered environment.
Who We Serve
Children and youth under age 22 who are enrolled in Wisconsin’s Children’s Long Term Support (CLTS) Program and need individualized support services to help them succeed at home and in their communities. (Services are based on authorization through the participant’s program.
